Ahh, that feeling you get when something you’ve waited ages for finally arrives in the mail. Today I’ll be talking about all sorts of things, ranging from some new tech I got to my final thoughts on Guild Wars 2’s final BWE this weekend.
First of all, I just got a brand new tablet called the ASUS Eee Pad Transformer Ininity TF700. While it has a long name, it is an absolutely AMAZING product that I highly recommend to anyone not happy with iOS.
The device is a tablet that has a full-HD display, the fastest processor known to tablets, and it’s customizable interface allowable by Android is just STUNNING.
I plan to use the tablet with the optional keyboard dock for school, as it transforms (get it?!) the tablet into the best netbook you’ve ever seen.
This could possibly be the greatest device I’ve ever bought, even more than my gaming PC. Nahh, just kidding. But WOW, it’s close. Speaking of my PC, I can access it anywhere with an app on my tablet. EPIC for school!
In the same package ordered from Newegg.com that I got my Infinity in was the Xbox 360 wired controller that I specifically got for PC gaming. I thought I needed to utilize more games that just look better on PC than I already do, and this is the perfect way to do it.
Steam summer sale + GTAIV for only 7 bucks + wired 360 controller = best experience you can get with the game (and any game, given your computer specs are good).
The graphics are much better than the Xbox, and I’m so glad I did this. All I have to do in plug in the controller and it’s like I’m playing Xbox… but with PC graphics. My friends and I are going to have a great time all playing Dead Island on the PC with Xbox controls this weekend.
Speaking of this weekend… yes, we will be playing Asura and Sylvari! Can’t wait to experience these new races in GW2. This is all after an epic midnight premiere of The Dark Knight Rises, so what more can I say? Time for techies, geeks and gamers everywhere to enjoy one of the best weekend this summer has to offer.
